Heerlijke mand

Onze hond vindt het een heerlijke mand. Ze ging er direct op liggen. Het is erg fijn dat de mand op pootjes staat. Geen optrekkende kou of vocht en zand valt er tussendoor. De constructie van de mand is degelijk en stevig. Wij zijn blij met deze aankoop.

Onze hond is er heel erg blij mij. Het enige puntje is dat de mand meer neigt naar blauw dan zwart zoals we besteld hadden. maar we zijn er blij mee.

Met niets te vergelijken - Top !

Je ziet en voelt de kwaliteit en liefde waarmee het ontworpen en gemaakt is al bij uitpakken! Met werkelijk niets te vergelijken met wat doorgaans verkrijgbaar is: Hier géén plastic of dun en slecht afgewerkt hout en andere bedenkelijke materialen als het op duurzaamheid aankomt. Niet “zo licht mogelijk” ivm transport-cost uit China en goedkope, dunne stoffen, etc… Een Mandopmaat is trouwens niet zwaar te noemen. Gewoon “degelijk” maar hanteerbaar gemaakt en dan is ook de prijs van een Mandopmaat niet eens “duur” te noemen. Zéér zeker gewoon verdedigbaar/betaalbaar als je echt alles, inclusief duurzaamheid, beschouwt.
Het belangrijkste : Waar bij voorgaande manden of ligbedjes onze honden toch wel effe een paar dagen moesten wennen, lag onze “mijnheer” (Airedale Terriër) binnen 10 minuten languit, duidelijk “content” met zijn nieuw stekje. Klaar!
Als we al een opmerking hebben: In toekomst mss één of twee additionele keuzes in ademende donkere stoffen (buiten de donkergrijze geimpregnneerde/vuilbestendige die er is) ?
Kortom: Een aanrader en ook eens NIET uit F…ing Made-in -China ! Maar handgemaakt in NL/EU.

Heel mooi geworden, top!

We wilden een mand voor onze hond hebben die goed bij onze bank past, bij voorkeur in dezelfde stof en op dezelfde hoogte pootjes. We kregen al heel snel een voorstel van Sophie, met een schetsje. Nadat ze een monster van dezelfde stof als de bank had besteld om te checken of die goed te verwerken was en we de maten nog wat aangepast hadden, kregen we de mand al eerder dan beloofd binnen. Prachtig geworden! En afgezien daarvan, heel vriendelijke communicatie, zeker een aanrader.

Maatwerk Mand van Topkwaliteit: Een Fijne Ervaring met Mandopmaat.nl

Ik heb een fijne ervaring gehad met Mandopmaat.nl. Sophie heeft een mooie mand gemaakt voor Mo, mijn sheltie. Het proces verliep prettig; ze gaf duidelijke uitleg en dacht mee over de verschillende opties. Haar advies over stoffen, eigenschappen en maten vond ik erg nuttig.

De mand past goed in mijn interieur. Het ontwerp is mooi en sluit helemaal aan bij mijn wensen. Het is een opvallend element in de woonkamer, zonder te overheersen. Top!

Mo is ook tevreden met zijn nieuwe mand. Hij ligt er graag op en gebruikt hem nu zelfs vaker dan de bank. Vanwege zijn gevoelige gewrichten kozen we voor traagschuim, wat hopelijk bijdraagt aan zijn comfort en (op de langere termijn) gezondheid.

Super tevreden met het XXL bed voor onze st Bernard. Nu ze wat ouder is vind ze het fijner om af en toe op een zachte ondergrond te liggen. Het bed is stevig ze kan er met gemak op staan of zitten zonder dat het bed kraakt of doorzakt. De waterdichte heavy duty stof is ideaal: makkelijk schoon te houden en door de donkere kleur zie je er ook niet veel op. Erg tevreden met deze aankoop!

Mooie, stevige en fijne mand voor onze oude grote dame van 13.
Ze moest even wennen, maar nu ligt ze volledig onder zeil ondersteboven in haar nieuwe mand,. De kleine bejaarde mag er ook af en toe in en vindt het net zo lekker.
Fijn is dat de mand op poten staat en ik eronder kan stofzuigen.

Practical benefits of a dog bed on legs

Dog basket or bed for allergic dogs

Some dogs suffer from dust allergies or dust mite allergies. Then hygiene of the bed is extra important! House dust mites mainly live on skin flakes and like moist environments. High pile fabrics (especially those nice and soft ones) retain a lot of dirt, moisture and dust. This can result in health problems for dogs that suffer from allergies.

Because all animals deserve a nice place to sleep, we have specially developed a bed to prevent dust mites and dust accumulation as much as possible. Our hypoallergenic basket retains almost no dirt and skin flakes, because dirt hardly accumulates and easily falls out of the bottom of the basket.
The raised design with slatted base provides all-round ventilation. This way, the basket can dry properly if the dog has been in it with wet paws or has been drooling on a bone.
Finally, the basket is covered with a waterproof fabric. 100%! The fabric has a waterproof PVC backing and therefore does not allow dirt and dust to pass through. This also prevents moisture and dirt from penetrating the cushion and frame. Because the fabric has a smooth surface, it retains only a minimal amount of moisture and dirt, and it is easy to clean with a vacuum cleaner and a damp cloth. The cushion cover is also washable.
Our waterproof dog beds are only available without an edge as standard. We do this because a dog bed without an edge has better ventilation all around. But also because the waterproof covering is stiffer and has no stretch at all. This makes the upholstery more likely to wrinkle. Don't you think this is a problem and do you just want an edge for your waterproof dog bed? As a custom-made bed it is an option, provided you don't mind the wrinkles :) If necessary, we make adjustments so that the edge remains in place despite the smoother fabric!

Raised dog beds

The frames of our dog beds are made of solid pine wood and are produced with care in our own workshop.
Our experience and the use of professional tools create the most beautiful and sturdy baskets.
Because we want our baskets to be durable, the baskets are covered with strong furniture upholstery fabrics. The fabrics are sewn with strong or extra strong thread.
The mattresses are also of good quality, you can choose from foam rubber or foam rubber combined with memory foam.

The time has finally come. You have found the dog bed with the best features for your dog, and the bed also fits perfectly with the rest of your interior.

Eventually Yes! But not all dogs are crazy about their new bed from the first moment.
Below are some tips based on our own experience!

  • Tip 1: Scent

    The most used sense of dogs is their nose. The smell of their basket
    or their owners gives many dogs a familiar and relaxed feeling. '
    Puppies that have just left the nest are therefore often given a cuddly toy with the “nest smell”.
    Well, a new basket obviously doesn't smell good at all to a dog, and certainly not familiar.
    It can therefore help to place a plaid in his current basket, which you follow
    on the new bed for a few days. This can help make the new bed one
    scent that the dog associates with comfort and good sleep.

  • Tip 2: Trust

    Some dogs find it exciting to get on the bed. They seem unsure that the bed will move and don't feel comfortable jumping on it.
    If this is the case with your dog, it is advisable to first remove the mattress
