My package has been sent but "not received" by PostNL. How is that possible?

On the day we hand over your order to PostNL we will send you confirmation that your order is on its way. Only when the package has been scanned at a PostNL distribution point will it be stated that the package has been received, even if we have already handed over the package.

My package is delayed!

Unfortunately, we regularly see some delays of our (mega large and heavy dog ​​bed) packages at PostNL. We therefore recommend keeping a close eye on the Track and Trace. Sometimes the delivery time is adjusted.
The packages are usually delivered within 1-4 business days (after we have handed them over).
Have you not received a package 5 business days after the shipping confirmation? Let us know! Luckily this has never happened ;)
